The 5 D Freedom Framework

If you’ve EVER in your life felt like you were stuck in a spot that keeps repeating itself or simply a place that you don’t want to continue to be in, mind, health, emotions…this show will be of great help to you.

Over the course of the last 15 years, I have come to recognize patterns why people do what they do, think what they think and expect what they expect.

In this episode, I share what I have named, the 5 D Freedom Framework. I’ve used it for years to help myself and other people get to the root of behaviors and patterns of thinking that hinder forward progress and even keep us stuck.

It’s pretty simple, and maybe even something you already do but haven’t put a name to yet. But in case this is new for you, the steps are here:

  1. Dig In: Get to the root of your emotions and thoughts.
  1. Discover: Notice and Name what you find. Look at it from all possible angles.
  1. Decide: With this new information from DISCOVERY, decide what action or change you are READY, WILLING & ABLE to do about it.
  1. Design: Now that you have an idea + a decision and determination, it’s time to create the most ridiculously easy steps to reset and rewrite the beliefs and emotions behind it all, plans for making them stick.
  1. Do It: T Give it a committed GO. Nothing changes until ACTION is taken

On the show, I go into more details and examples of how to use this to get out of your own repetitive and negative behaviors, ways of thinking and emotions.
