In this week’s episode, I chat with my friend Jessica Vaughn who is an author, speaker, fitness and nutrition coach. While you’d likely think together we would tackle how to eat and move for fitness, you’d be surprised that we didn’t.

Instead, we talk about the traps we get into when we live from our emotions, react instead of respond to situations and embrace who you are fully.

We do talk about the importance of being aware of the reasons that you eat when you do and what you eat. As God is kind to us, we can learn to be kind to ourselves too!

Being healthy doesn’t have to be difficult or hard, so long as you are kind to yourself, and prioritize health for your mind, body and spirit.
