The internet and be an informative and SCARY place to figure out how to be healthy. Even the science of health seems to change from day today. Our modern diets and lifestyles have taken us far away from the original design for achieving maximum wellness.

It was my goal to share this information to help you avoid the rabbit hole of information that the internet is so notorious for sucking away from why we went there in the first place!

I’ll be the first to admit, it’s not the complete information, but it’s general enough to help you see clearly which area may be responsible for keeping you from feeling and performing at your best.
