It was such a big hit a couple of weeks ago, that I took some time to put together a few more ideas for your dining pleasure.

Remember, the goal in these meals it to make them balanced and made from as clean of food as possible.

The way I coach my clients is to eat a balanced, personalized formula and ratio of Carbs, Fat and Protein to get to their goals.

Here are the GUIDELINES again:

Select fresh food, organic and grass-fed if possible. No processed grains like bread, pasta, rice, oatmeal, quinoa, little or no dairy, and only fruit in the melon and berry family.

Of course, you have to make your own choices depending on preferences and tastes, so feel free to add or delete any part of the menus. Make sure to have storage containers handy, I got these at Walmart for around $5 each!

4 Recipes+ 4 Servings each= 4 Days of meals

Meal Day 1 Day 2 Day 3 Day 4
#1 Spicy Mango Chicken Salad
BLTA over Eggs or "Sandwich
Hard Boiled Eggs and Veggie Muffins
Enchilada Pie
#2 Enchilada Pie
Spicy Mango Chicken Salad
BLTA "Sandwich"
Hard Boiled Eggs and Veggie Muffins
#3 Hard Boiled Eggs and Veggie Muffins
Enchilada Pie
Spicy Mango Chicken Salad
BLTA "Sandwich

#4

PWO

BLTA "Sandwich"
Hard Boiled Eggs and Veggie Muffins
Enchilada Pie
Spicy Mango Chicken Salad
Bonus Summer Fruit and Nut Medley

The goal is to prepare enough that you can get through all of these meals without having to do much more. The portions are based on 1 person, so multiply accordingly for more than 1 person.

Feel free to include other salads and sides to go alongside. I like to make 2 salads every 4 days and rotate them in as well.

Love the idea of buying for and preparing four meals and having it carry me for four days.  And the fact that it's super-healthy is the icing on the cake.  Oops, I mean … 😉  Thanks, Annie!

I have to get Ken to check this out since he is the main cook around here. It was the one thing he is doing to help out, the sweetie. I just have to encourage him to cook healthier. This is great.
