Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead?

I just finished watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead on Netflix.
Because I love transformation so much ( I am an eternal optimist!), this movie intrigued me.
Originally, I was going to write a review, but then I was bowled over with what I think is one of the most important messages I have ever been inspired to do…so I shot another video. I needed to speak to you face to face…it's that important!
Please watch this when you have time to focus and concentrate…I know it is longer than some people's attention span…but I just could not stop, I had to spill it all…
What did you think? Was I a little to "In Your Face"? Tell me, I can take it…I want to know.
The comment box is the perfect place to give me an earful!

I hear ya and I'm on board.
I just started doing Crossfit 3 weeks ago and I've been following the Paleo diet this year. In the last week I just started doing the Crossfit method of block eating.
I'm part of the revolution against blubber!

Great job AJ! Now you will have to go back to read my CF and Paleo stuff…because it will make more sense now! hahahaha…Yeah! Fighting Blubber, I love it! Keep it up!
Thank you for sharing Annie…have always cross-trained…fortunate that sports and coaching formed the habits early in life…Thanks, Hughie
Preaching to the choir I know Hughie… but your comments are valuable to me so thanks for sharing!
You're right about the addiction. Technology has done wonderful things in so many areas, but not when it comes to food. There's so little left with any real nutrition.
Turn off the TV, move your body, and visit a real farm! Keep preaching, girl!
Hey Amity!
Thanks for popping by, glad you liked it…and you KNOW I am gonna keep preaching!
That is incredible Annie….wakeup call for many of us. What we consumed will show up in our body.
That is it in a nutshell Claudia…well said ( not surprisingly coming from you!)
Thanks for such a thought-provoking and insightful video. Loved it!!
My daughters and I have just started a challenge this month to do at least 20 minutes of exercise each day. We are going to track it and keep it up on the fridge while also be each others accountability partners. It's so important and something we've let slip over the last few months.
Hey Annemarie!
What a fun thing you are doing with your daughters! 20 minutes will turn into more as you get in better shape….the next thing you know.. you will be doing a 5k or something cool like that!
Keep it up!
Thank you for this review. My friend recommended this movie to me over the summer and I forgot about it. I'll definitely check it out. I gave up pop in April and have been eating clean since Easter it has totally transformed my health to say the least!
You are not too 'in the face' with this message. I wish I would have known this information years ago. I suffered severe headaches for many years. It wasn't until I changed up my food that the head pain is now gone and my energy is through the roof!
Great video review, thanks!
Thanks for stopping by Jill! The good news is as long as we are alive…it’s not too late! Even making small changes done consistently will reap a benefit! keep it up and let me know how I can help!
Yes, I saw the same documentary over the Christmas break and I completely understand you. I started CF in Dec 2011 and already I feel stronger and I'm understanding the difference of fueling my body with good food versus processed food.
By the way, I'm looking forward to meeting you on Monday at CFD. 🙂
Hey Lily!
Thanks for stopping by to share your experiences! I am looking forward to meeting you and the crew at CFD on Monday too! Be sure and introduce yourself! It sounds like you are taking positive steps toward make that positive lifestyle change! Yay!
