How to Get 6 Pack Abs Even If You Don’t Have Time to Brush Your Teeth

Wow!

Doesn’t that sound amazing? All the results despite limited time?

I’m sure you’re wondering if it’d still work if you challenge wasn’t time, but it was money, or motivation or knowledge or, well anything.

The answer is of course it would work for any other condition that keeps you from your best body, except for the fact that it’s not possible.

Nope. You are absolutely NOT going to get any ridiculously challenging goal without this ONE thing.

You need COMMITMENT.

Your devotion to your goal has to be mercilessly focused, nothing else can be allowed to thwart your efforts.

The question becomes, with your busy, full, demanding life, is something like attaining 6 pack abs the RIGHT goal for your life right now?

The answer is: It Depends

It depends on what you are willing to sacrifice…what relationships, what projects, what trips, what responsibilities

You have to ask yourself, are 6 pack abs (or any far out there goal) worth the trade off?
Will your kids remark to their kids how ripped Grandma was? Will they lament about how they’d wished she was at their sporting events instead of being at the gym again?

I am in no way saying that you cannot have, or don’t deserve or shouldn’t work to have those abs of fitness goal you desire, what I am really asking you to think about is WHY, deep down in your heart do you really want that physical goal so badly?
Will you be richer, prettier, more desireable, more powerful, more likeable, more famous, more admired, more accomplished, more popular, a better spouse, parent, co-worker, daughter, sister, friend?

By virtue of attaining your physical goal, what difference will that make in the big picture of your life in the world?

In my years of being a fitness trainer and competitive athlete, what I’ve learned is that being fit, healthy, strong and lean are incredibly important! It makes every other part of your life that much better because you are physically able to do and handle so much. Let’s not forget the intrinsic mood improvement that happens because of exercise. So NO, don’t stop working out.

The question I am asking you to pose to yourself is a simple one…Why do I REALLY want the goal, in this case, the 6 pack abs?

I’ll totally respect you if your answer is one of pure vanity. I will, we are women, human and the desire to be beautiful (as we each define it) is in our DNA, going all the way back to Eve. I’ll respect you because that answer is an honest one and being honest with yourself is paramount to connecting with your happy place inside. A word of caution though, if you are under the age of 40, I can tell you that all the aging you’ve heard about that happens to people in their 40’s and 50’s is real, and it will happen. So basing your self-worth and identity on what you accomplish in the gym, may turn out to be a bit of sinking sand. Ask any former professional athlete how well their bodies perform and look in their 50’s compared to their playing days!
