So, we are just weeks into a new year…New goals abound. Maybe you have even carried over some unfinished goals from the past.

Why is that? Why is it that sometimes the things we say we want just elude us?
 

I have an theory, and for sure I know it happens to my clients, friends as well as to me.

    Hi Anne,
    I set my goals in 2012, it was to loose 2 stone, i mostly achieved this by giving up chocolate and crisps, i know that sounds crazy but thats what did it for me.  Everybody knows their are foods they should not consume and in big quantities.  So setting goals is good, if you fail try, try again.
    Just a tip from me, hope it helps someone.
