Paleo Style Recipes

I love taking familiar favorites and converting them to Paleo-Style or Primal Recipes.

I try to stay as close as I can to Paleo, though my goal is not to become a Paleo-tarian. What I have learned is that when i cook like this for myself and my family, some good stuff happens. Things like:

  1.  Maintain a lower body fat ratio
  2. Balancing blood sugar and the mood roller-coaster
  3. Sleeping Great
  4. Looking Great
  5. Feeling Amazing!

Food is Powerful!

With a busy schedule, I don't always have time to create everything from scratch so I use the cleanest jarred and canned food that I can find which usually ends up being Trader Joe's. Admittedly, I am not a super strict Paleo.  My goal in these recipes is to use the cleanest, blood-sugar balancing food to satisfy appetite and palate. Feel free to put anything in or take anything out that doesn't suit your taste.
