BLTA Sandwiches
BLTA (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado)
1lb of the bacon of your choice, preferably nitrate free, cooked and broken into smaller pieces
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 Med ripe Avocado Diced
Dijon Mustard
Mix Ingredients together
To serve, line a lettuce cup with Dijon mustard and fill cups with mixture
As an alternative, warm mixture in microwave or frying pan and serve over eggs for breakfast
